Reservation policy

50% of the total cost is required via bank account as a reservation guarantee, and payment in full will be made upon arrival. The reservation concerns a room type and not a specific room. If it is deemed necessary to transfer the guest(s) to a different room whose price is lower than that of the reservation, the difference will be refunded to the guest.

Guests are requested to inform us of any changes or cancellations regarding their reservation as soon as possible. For cancellation of reservations more than 7 days before the scheduled arrival, there will be no charge. In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival, 50% will be charged. In case of no-show of the guest or early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
